The study of economics leads to opportunities in numerous fields.

Economics is the basis for all corporate activity and is closely linked to public administration and other fields, so our graduates have a wide range of fields from which to choose. The Faculty also prepares students to obtain certain qualifications, giving credit for those qualifications.

What Our Graduates Do

The knowledge and practical skills that our students gain can be used at many kinds of companies in specialized international or local work, or in fields such as tourism. Our graduates may work at a financial institution in the area of financing, securitization, or overseas investment, or choose to work in import/export or international tourism. They might work for a group or organization involved in local area revitalization efforts, or become a tour planner for travelers to see Japan or the world. A wide range of work is available from which to choose the most suitable for oneself. This Faculty prepares students to take on all kinds of challenges.
