1) Health risk assessment due to combined exposure effects of various hazardous chemical substances contained in daily meals

2) Health effects of trans-fatty acids in foods that induce heart disease

3) Elucidation of the actual state of human body and environmental pollution and elucidation of health effects by UV stabilizers contained in sunscreens, etc

4) Elucidation of exacerbation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease by UV stabilizers and construction of preventive measures

5) Elucidation and toxicity evaluation of human body and environmental pollution caused by organofluorine compounds
