【国際交流】ウィンタープログラムが大成功を収めました

摂南大学ウィンタープログラム2024が２月３日終了しました。無事、全員が修了証書を手にして、フェアウェルパーティーで喜びを分かち合いました。

19人もの多くの留学生が参加して大成功となったウィンタープログラム。学生たちは、日本語・日本文化の授業のかたわら、関西の有名な観光スポットを巡るなど精力的に活動しました。また、それぞれにペアリングした日本人バディといろいろなところに出かけて、日本語や文化を直接学ぶこともできたようです。

日本人バディにとっても、かれら留学生と長い時間を過ごすことで、グローバルシチズンとしての素養を養うことができたのではないでしょうか。これも摂南大学ウィンタープログラムの大きな狙いでもあります。

それぞれの国に帰っても日本人バディや日本との絆は、これからも長く続くことと確信します。草の根親善大使として大きな誇りを持ってもらいたいと思いました。

Setsunan University Winter Program 2024 ended on February 3rd. All participants received their certificates of completion and shared their joy at the farewell party.

The winter program was a huge success with 19 international students participating. The students were actively engaged in activities such as touring popular tourist spots in Kansai while taking Japanese language and culture classes. They were also able to go to various places with their Japanese buddies and learn about the Japanese language and culture firsthand.

For the Japanese buddies, spending a long time with the international students also helped them develop the skills they need to become global citizens. This is also a major aim of the Setsunan University Winter Program.

Even after returning to their respective countries, We are confident that the bonds with their Japanese buddies and Japan will continue for a long time. We wanted them to take great pride in being grassroots goodwill ambassadors.
