【国際交流】留学生と摂大生がクリスマスパーティー開く

留学生にとっても日本人学生にとっても、こころ踊るクリスマスシーズンがやってきました。ことしもGSSの学生が時間をかけて計画を練りこんだ「クリスマスパーティー」が１２月８日「多目的室3」で開催されました。摂大生であればだれでも無料で参加できるとあって、多くの学生と留学生30人あまりが集いました。ことしは西川センター長のあいさつのあと、例年のプレゼント交換のほかクイズ大会、オリジナルケーキを作製する「ケーキチャレンジ」があり、いろいろ工夫を凝らしたケーキ作りに大いに盛り上がりました。

ことしも摂南の学生・留学生の皆さん、国際交流にご協力ありがとうございました。皆さんにとってきっと忘れなれない１年となったことでしょう。さぁ、この冬休みはそれぞれのベースで国際交流や英語の勉強にチャレンジしてください。皆さんが摂南で培った国際感覚と語学力は一生ものですよ。

さて、年明けも摂南大学では、国際交流イベントが次々と開催されます。まず、国際交流推進デーが１月中旬から、海外の学生を招く「ウィンタープログラム」が１月20日から始まります。もちろん摂大生であれば、すべてのイベントに参加できますので、来年もグローバル教育センターは皆さんをお待ちしています。

The exciting Christmas season has arrived for both international and Japanese students. This year's "Christmas Party," which GSS students had carefully planned, was held on December 8th in "Multipurpose Room 3." As any Setsunan University student was free to attend, over 30 students and international students gathered. After a greeting from Director Dr. Nishikawa, this year, in addition to the usual gift exchange and quiz session, there was a "Cake Challenge" where students made their own original cakes, and everyone had a great time making the cakes they came up with.

Thank you to all the students and international students at Setsunan for your cooperation in international exchange this year. I'm sure it was an unforgettable year for you. Now, during this winter break, please challenge yourself to international exchange and study English at your own pace. The international sense and English skills you have cultivated at Setsunan will last you a lifetime.

Now, at Setsunan University, international exchange events will be held one after another in the new year. First, the International Exchange Promotion Day will start in mid-January, and the "Winter Program" to invite students from overseas will start on January 20th. Of course, if you are a Setsu University student, you can participate in all the events, so the Global Education Center looks forward to seeing you again next year.
