ヴェネツィア・カ・フォスカリ大学と相互交流にかかる覚書を締結しました

2026年７月8日、摂南大学は、イタリアのヴェネツィア・カ・フォスカリ大学（Ca' Foscari University of Venice）と大学間の相互交流にかかる覚書を締結しました。
今後、学生交流や教員間の共同研究など、積極的に推進していく予定です。

注1）ヴェネツィア・カ・フォスカリ大学は1868年に設立された国立の総合大学です。

注2）2026年4月13日、Biomedical Research Hub（本邦では関西医科大学、イタリアではヴェネツィア・カ・フォスカリ大学が中心となり、革新的医薬品/医療機器の創製や健康長寿に係る課題の解決を目指す日イ大学間連携。本学も参加。）によるBiomed2026 Spring SchoolのPre-eventが、本学枚方キャンパスにて開催されました。ヴェネツィア・カ・フォスカリ大学のLippiello総長を始め、イタリアから、教員、学生が30人以上来日しました。

Memorandum of Understanding between Setsunan University and Ca' Foscari University of Venice

On July 8, 2026, Setsunan University and Ca' Foscari University of Venice signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote academic exchange between the two institutions.

Through this agreement, the universities plan to actively expand collaboration in areas such as student exchange programs and joint research initiatives among faculty members.

Note 1: Ca' Foscari University of Venice founded in 1868 is a national comprehensive university in Italy.

Note 2: On April 13, 2026, a pre-event for Biomed2026 Spring School, organized by the Biomedical Research Hub, was held at Setsunan University's Hirakata Campus. The Biomedical Research Hub is a Japan–Italy university consortium led by Kansai Medical University in Japan and Ca' Foscari University of Venice in Italy, with the aim of advancing the development of innovative therapeutics and medical devices while addressing challenges related to health longevity, and Setsunan University is also a participating institution. More than 30 faculty members and students from Italy visited Japan for the event, including Rector Lippiello of Ca' Foscari University of Venice.
